Wedding bookings use our standard packages: ₹4,000 for 4 hrs / 40 kms, ₹8,000 for 8 hrs / 80 kms and ₹12,000 for 12 hrs / 120 kms. Additional hours are ₹1,000 and additional kilometres ₹40. Toll and parking charges are extra.
Can I book more than one Urbania for my wedding?
Yes. Mohan Travels runs a fleet of 90+ vehicles, so we can supply several Urbania vans for the same wedding day and manage them through one coordinator. Book early for popular muhurtham dates.
How early should I book Urbania for a wedding?
We recommend booking 3 to 4 weeks ahead, and earlier if your wedding falls on a peak muhurtham date when demand for vans is high across Chennai.
Will the driver report in time for an early-morning muhurtham?
Yes. Share the reporting time and pickup point when you book, and the driver will reach your place ahead of time so the family leaves for the mandapam on schedule.
Do you provide Urbania for outstation and temple weddings?
Yes. We cover weddings in Tirupati, Pondicherry, Mahabalipuram and other towns on our outstation package of ₹12,500 per day for a minimum of 300 kms, plus ₹1,000 driver batta per day.
Can the Urbania be decorated for the wedding?
Light decoration that does not damage the vehicle can be discussed at the time of booking. Please let us know your plan in advance so we can confirm it.
